How did PukiPockets came to be?

…because of surfing and my cat 💕🐱🏄

Something I realized when I started, was that I didn’t have a way to store my keys when I’d go to the beach, or where to store some cash to buy a coconut after a surf session. 🥥🌴 Most of the times we’d hid our keys under a rock or a plant. 😅

I looked for bathing suits with zipper pockets in stores and online but I realized that women’s swimwear don't really come with pockets! So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and create them myself. 😄💪

These rashguards and bathing suits have a little zipper pocket on the side and are hand-crafted in Ecuador 😘.  The fabric is made Colombia and made from ocean material like plastic bottles and fishing nets. ♻️

The material was recycled, 🌏 retreated, and remolded multiple times to make polyester-fabric that's soft, durable, clean and fresh for the skin. It also has UPF+ 50 ☀️ to protect you from UVB and UVA sun's ray light.

PukiPockets is functional, stylish and it’s re-using material to help clean the ocean that we love. ❤️🌊😍🐳🏄

Who is Puki:

“Puki” came from my cat’s name Boogie.🐱 She travelled with me in her little backpack to different surf locations. 🥰
